Her eponymous line of baubles and gems is proudly hand-crafted in New York City by American workers using brass filigree, Swarovski crystal, vintage stones and components. Miss Ellie’s mission is to add a little joi de vivre to peoples lives by creating romantic future heirlooms that enhance our environment and community. Miss Ellie is inspired by nature, birds and Gilded Age decorative arts. Her line features everything from whimsical hair ornaments and earrings, to old-world lockets, dazzling necklaces and, of course, the Signature Charm collection. The Signature Charm line is all one-of-a-kind, recycling odd finds from estate sales with glittering stones to create new wearable-art. Customers can send Ellie their out-dated jewels, and she will transform them into fabulous contemporary conversation pieces. These unusual pieces allow everyone to enjoy customized jewelry for individual tastes. Ellie lives with her husband, daughter and shih-tzu in a Victorian cottage on the Jersey shore. She is honored to have a boutique following that continues to support her endeavors.
